For the past few years, interactive content has been one of the fundamental pieces of content marketing. Especially considering that the generation of millennials (born between 1980 and 1995) dictate trends and influence the behavior of today's consumer.  

But, first of all, what is interactive content?

Interactive content combines information and entertainment to achieve an innovative way to generate engagement by encouraging user interaction, or in more formal words is any material that conveys its message encouraging the reader to consume it.

This content guides the user through their path to conversion, which collects information during content consumption. 

The importance of this method is that standard content marketing has saturated the consumer on blogs and social networks with large amounts of publications, usually erring on the quality and relevance of their content.

Now I will explain what advantages interactive content has.

  • It allows you to diversify your content. Using more conventional methods for marketing is not a bad thing, but it is recommended that you use interactive content from time to time in order to diversify your posts.
  • It is more likely to retain a user who interacted with interactive content because it shows a genuine interest in your proposal.

  • The user is more attentive to your content by interacting with him.
  • You can get a better idea of who is paying attention to your posts. Since the statistics that show the social networks show the visualizations of it, but in the interactive content you can observe who interacts directly with your publication and not only those who saw it; since you can not verify that all those who viewed your post, paid attention.

According to a survey, 81% of respondents said that interactive content is more effective than static content.

Interactive content is a tool that has become practically indispensable for a company if it wants to stand out on social networks.

Not for nothing is it established that this is one of the strategies that will predominate in the next year 2023.
