  • Copy of an official identification of the legal representative who signs the letter.

Who can register .edu.mx Domains?

  • Educational Institutions that have a registry with the SEP or are incorporated into a University recognized by the Mexican state.
  • Schools of Labor Training or Technical Education accredited by a competent Office of the Government of Mexico.
  • Institutions dedicated to preschool education that have a registry with the SEP or are incorporated into a university recognized by the Mexican state.
  • Institutions dedicated to research that are registered with CONACYT.

Which are the requirements?

  1. Letter signed only by the Director or legal representative that is mentioned in the official validity to be sent. In case of not being mentioned, it will be necessary to send the appointment that proves you as Director or current legal representative.
  2. Copy of the Registry before the SEP or copy of the newspaper or official newspaper that accredits it according to the specific case; or where appropriate, a copy of the registration before the CONACYT.
  3. Copy of an official identification of the legal representative who signs the letter.

How to recover a reserved or closed domain?
